Exhibition "On site", Frank O. Gehry

Frank O. Gehry will inaugurate the exhibition “On site” in a tribute to his work today at 5.30pm. at the LABoral Art and Industrial Creation Centre, Gijón.

Frank O. Gehry, 2014 Prince of Asturias Award for the Arts, will inaugurate this afternoon the exhibition "On site", which the Prince of Asturias Foundation has organised as a tribute to his work.

The visit will begin at 17:30h at the LABoral Art and Industrial Creation Centre (Gijón). The exhibition, which can be visited from October 24 to January 12, 2015, brings together 11 scale models, photograhs, videos and 30 personal sketches of Gehry's work in Spain.

Afterwards, there will be a debate entitled, "Architecture: the future, in construction", between Frank O. Gehry and Rafael Moneo, 2012 Prince of Asturias Award for the Arts. Benedetta Tagliabue, architect and member of the Prince of Asturias Award for the Arts Jury will act as moderator. The event will take place in the multi-purpose room "La Nave". LABoral Art and Industrial Creation Centre (Gijón).
