In compliance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation 2016/679, of 27 April, of the European Parliament and of the Council, General Data Protection Regulation, and of Article 5 of Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, regarding the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you of the following:

1. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
  1. Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether their data is processed by the Princess of Asturias Foundation.
  2. Those concerned have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
