The Transplantation Society and the Spanish National Transplant Organization, Prince of Asturias Award for International Cooperation
The Transplantation Society and the Spanish National Transplant Organization have been bestowed with the 2010 Prince of Asturias Award for International Cooperation. The Jury for the Award announced its decision today in Oviedo.
Both organizations stand out for their crucial work in establishing the medical and ethical principles that govern clinical care and scientific research on organ transplantation.
