PRINCIPLES OF GOOD PRACTICE Principio 1 | Gobernanza independiente La Fundación posee un organismo de toma de decisiones, identificable e independiente, que actúa conforme a unos elevados estándares éticos y cuyos miembros son nombrados mediante principios y procedimientos establecidos. Principio 2 | Buena gestión La Fundación promociona la gestión eficaz y prudente, además de estrategias de inversión sostenibles, garantizando a la vez el mejor aprovechamiento de sus recursos para el bien general. Principio 3 | Transparencia La Fundación comunica el mandato, los objetivos y los resultados de su labor de manera comprensible y clara, manteniendo la transparencia como eje fundamental en todas sus actividades. Principio 4 | Rendición de cuentas La Fundación actúa de forma responsable y colaborativa, rindiendo cuenta de sus acciones a las partes interesadas y compartiendo de forma activa sus conocimientos y experiencias. Principle 2 | Sound Management The foundation promotes effective and prudent management as well as sustainable investment strategies, while ensuring the best use of resources for the public benefit. Principle 3 | Transparency The foundation communicates the remit, goals and results of its work in a comprehensive and digestible manner, holding transparency at the core of all activities.
