WEDNESDAY, 24th OCTOBER

11:30am. Press conference by Martha C. Nussbaum, Prince of Asturias Award for Social Sciences.

12 noon. Press conference by Sir Gregory Winter and Richard A. Lerner, Prince of Asturias Award for Technical and Scientific Research.

4:30pm. Press conference by José Antonio Busto, President of the Spanish Federation of Food Banks, Prince of Asturias Award for Concord.

7.30pm. Meeting with the philosopher Martha C. Nussbaum, Prince of Asturias Award for Social Sciences, “The Importance of the Humanities in Today’s Society”.

THURSDAY, 25th OCTOBER

12:30pm: Audience of the chairs of the Juries, the members of the Prince of Asturias and Foundation Boards of Trustees, and the 2012 Prince of Asturias Awards Laureates with TRH The Prince and Princess of Asturias .
