“Tribute to Teresa Perales” mini Paralympic games
Date and time: Saturday, 16 October 2021. 01:00PM h.
Place: Cannons building. La Vega Arms Factory. Oviedo.
Prior registration at www.fpa.es will open at 12 noon on Monday 11th October. Accessible event: Spanish sign language.
In this activity, aimed preferably at families, six events will be proposed that seek to bring the public closer to the practice of different Paralympic sports: wheelchair basketball, blind football, athletics, archery, boccia and adapted swimming. In addition, there will also be explanatory panels on the Paralympic Games and a compendium of questions on this subject and Teresa Perales' career. The aim is to recognize the Laureate's career and promote inclusion and social awareness via the dissemination of sport for people with disabilities.
