SEMANA DE LOS PREMIOS www.fpa.es Toma la Palabra Taking the Floor PasaPortes cruzados • Número de centros participantes: 14 • Número de pósteres: 40 • Número de alumnos participantes: 468 En esta actividad se invitó a los alumnos de ESO, inspirándose en la obra de Alejandro Portes, a reflexionar sobre la situación de tener que vivir y estudiar un largo tiempo en otro país, del que desconocen la cultura y/o el idioma. Los alumnos tuvieron que poner en común en clase las potenciales acciones del grupo receptor que consideraban más positivas para que un recién llegado se sintiera integrado, así como las que este podría llevar a cabo individualmente. Alumnos participantes en esta actividad pudieron asistir a la conferencia pronunciada por Alejandro Portes en la Junta General del Principado de Asturias. Crossed PasaPortes • Number of participating schools: 14 • Number of posters: 40 • Number of participating students: 468 In this activity inspired by the work of Alejandro Portes, secondary school students were invited to reflect on the situation of having to live and study for a long time in another country of whose culture and/or language they have no knowledge. The students had to share in class the potential actions of the host group which they considered would be the most beneficial for newcomers to feel integrated, as well as those that these newcomers could carry out individually. Students participating in this activity were able to attend the talk Alejandro Portes gave at the Principality of Asturias Regional Parliament. Valores de élite • Número de centros participantes: 32 • Número de listas: 211 • Número de imágenes: 200 • Número de alumnos participantes: 1855 Tomando como base el análisis de la trayectoria de la esquiadora estadounidense Lindsey Vonn, se pidió a los alumnos de Primaria y de 1.º y 2.º de ESO que identificaran el aprendizaje de valores a través de la práctica deportiva. La galardonada participó en un acto celebrado en el Complejo Deportivo Avilés, siendo el C. P. Marcelo Gago el centro anfitrión, con estudiantes y jóvenes de clubes de esquí del Principado de Asturias. Elite Values • Number of participating schools: 32 • Number of lists: 211 • Number of images: 200 • Number of participating students: 1855 Based on the analysis of the career of American skier Lindsey Vonn, primary and 1st- and 2nd-year secondary school pupils were asked to identify the learning of values via the practice of sports. The Laureate participated in an event, hosted by the Marcelo Gago state junior school, held in Avilés Sports Complex, with students and young people belonging to ski clubs in the Principality of Asturias.
