AWARDS WEEK Toma la Palabra Taking the Floor Concordantes • Número de centros participantes: 15 • Número de trabajos (libros, juegos, etc.): 38 • Número de alumnos participantes: 681 Se propuso a los alumnos de 5.º y 6.º de Primaria y de 1.º y 2.º de ESO conocer la ciudad de Gdansk a través de sus ciudadanos más ilustres. Asimismo, además de sus biografías y aportaciones a la sociedad, los estudiantes tenían que buscar, para presentárselo a una imaginaria delegación de la ciudad polaca, las de sus homólogos en su pueblo, ciudad o región en esos mismos campos de trabajo y conocimiento. La alcaldesa de la ciudad de Gdansk mantuvo un encuentro con algunos de los participantes en el C. P. Miguel de Cervantes de Gijón. Concordants • Number of participating schools: 15 • Number of projects (books, games, etc.): 38 • Number of participating students: 681 The proposal was for 5th- and 6th-year primary and 1st- and 2nd-year secondary school pupils to get to know the city of Gda ń sk through its most illustrious citizens. Furthermore, in addition to their biographies and contributions to society, the pupils had to seek out their counterparts in the same fields of work and knowledge in their own locality or region with the aim of presenting them to an imaginary delegation from the Polish city. The Mayor of the City of Gda ń sk met with some of the participants at the Miguel de Cervantes state junior school in Gijón.
