SEMANA DE LOS PREMIOS www.fpa.es Toma la Palabra Taking the Floor ¡EureKhan! • Número de centros participantes: 19 • Número de enigmas: 446 • Número de alumnos participantes: 421 Los alumnos de ESO, Bachillerato y Formación Profesional, guiados por sus profesores, aceptaron el reto que Salman Khan les lanzó en esta actividad de “Toma la Palabra” para poner a prueba sus capacidades deductivas y talento a través de la resolución de tres enigmas. También se organizó una formación sobre la plataforma digital de la Khan Academy, en la que participaron 68 docentes de 36 centros educativos. El propio Khan asistió a un encuentro con estudiantes que tuvo lugar en el Colegio de la Inmaculada, en Gijón. EureKhan! • Number of participating schools: 19 • Number of puzzles: 446 • Number of participating students: 421 Secondary school, pre-university and vocational training students, with the guidance of their teachers, accepted the challenge that Salman Khan launched in this “Taking the Floor” activity to test their deductive skills and talent through the solving of three puzzles. Training was also organized on the use of the Khan Academy digital platform, in which 68 teachers from 36 schools took part. Khan himself attended a meeting with schoolchildren held at the Immaculada school in Gijón. Lecturas deslumbrantes • Número de centros participantes: 36 • Número de relatos: 465 • Número de alumnos participantes: 465 Los estudiantes de 3.º y 4.º de ESO y de Bachillerato que participaron en esta actividad, se acercaron a la obra de Siri Hustvedt a través de su relato de cómo descubrió su vocación de escritora gracias a la lectura. Los alumnos compartieron en esta actividad los libros y autores que han despertado su afición a leer y escribir. La escritora se reunió con algunos de los alumnos en el IES Alfonso II, en Oviedo. Blazing Readings • Number of participating schools: 36 • Number of stories: 465 • Number of participating students: 465 The 3rd- and 4th-year secondary school and pre- university students who participated in this activity approached the work of Siri Hustvedt through her account of how she discovered her vocation as a writer thanks to reading. In this activity, the students shared the books and authors that awakened her love of reading and writing. The writer met with some of the students at the IES Alfonso II state secondary school in Oviedo.
