ORGANIZATION AND IMPACT Otras actividades Other activities Visitas a centros educativos Por quinto año consecutivo, se llevó a cabo el programa de visitas a centros educativos del Principado de Asturias con el objetivo de difundir entre los estudiantes la labor de la Fundación y sus Premios. Este año el ámbito de acción abarcó cursos de Infantil, ESO y Bachillerato. La actividad concluyó con un total de 12 centros educativos, 22 conferencias y una audiencia de 907 personas aproximadamente. Intercambio cultural La Fundación participó por primera vez en el “Arts & Culture Professional Exchange Programme”, a través del European Foundation Centre, institución de la que es miembro. El objetivo de este programa de intercambio, dirigido a las fundaciones pertenecientes a la Red Temática de Arte y Cultura del Centro Europeo de Fundaciones, es mejorar el conocimiento y las capacidades de las personas vinculadas a este sector. En este marco, fueron contratadas dos personas procedentes de Croacia e Italia, para colaborar en los preparativos y desarrollo de los actos organizados con motivo de la entrega de los Premios. Visits to schools For the fifth year running, the Foundation organized a programme of visits to schools throughout the Principality to inform pupils about the institution’s work and its Awards. This year, the scope of action covered infant, secondary and pre- university courses. The activity concluded with a total of 22 talks being given at 12 schools, reaching an approximate audience of 907 students. Cultural exchange The Foundation participated for the first time in the “Arts & Culture Professional Exchange Programme” through the European Foundation Centre, an institution of which it is a member. The goal of this exchange programme, aimed at the foundations belonging to the Thematic Network of Arts and Culture of the European Foundation Centre, is to improve the knowledge and skills of people linked to this sector. Within this framework, two persons from Croatia and Italy were hired to assist in the preparations for and carrying out of the events organized on the occasion of the Awards Ceremony.
