44 Princess of Asturias Foundation ANNUAL REPORT 2022 PRINCESS OF ASTURIAS AWARDS. AWARDS WEEK En el marco de la Semana de los Premios 2022, la Fundación convocó la séptima edición del programa cultural para centros educativos «Toma la palabra». Esta iniciativa, que tiene por objeto trasladar a las aulas la obra y trayectoria de los galardonados, incluyó siete propuestas enfocadas a distintas edades y vinculadas a las categorías de Artes, Ciencias Sociales, Concordia, Cooperación Internacional, Deportes, Investigación Científica y Técnica y Letras. Para esta convocatoria se recibieron 3507 trabajos que registraron 5773 participaciones de alumnos de 103 centros educativos del Principado. Como cierre de la actividad, los premiados a cuyas trayectorias estuvo dedicado el programa mantuvieron durante su estancia en Asturias diversos encuentros con representaciones de los alumnos y sus docentes. Within the framework of the 2022 Awards Week, the Foundation convened the seventh edition of the “Taking the Floor” cultural programme for schools. Aimed at taking the work and careers of the Laureates into the classroom, this initiative included seven proposals focussing on different ages linked to the categories of the Arts, Social Sciences, Concord, International Cooperation, Sports, Technical and Scientific Research and Literature. In all, 3507 projects were received this year, constituting 5773 participations by pupils from 103 schools in the Principality of Asturias. To close the activity, the Laureates whose careers were the focus of the programme held diverse meetings with representatives of the pupils and their teachers during their stay in Asturias.
