44 Princess of Asturias Foundation ANNUAL REPORT 2024 PRINCESS OF ASTURIAS AWARDS. AWARDS WEEK La Fundación convocó la novena edición del programa cultural para centros educativos del Principado de Asturias «Toma la palabra». Esta iniciativa, que tiene por objeto trasladar a las aulas la obra y trayectoria de los galardonados, incluyó nueve propuestas vinculadas a las ocho categorías de los Premios, que estuvieron destinadas a las etapas de Primaria, Secundaria, Bachillerato y Formación Profesional. Se recibieron 6269 trabajos que registraron 12766 participaciones de alumnos de 159 centros educativos. Como cierre de la actividad, la mayoría de los premiados a cuyas trayectorias estuvo dedicado el programa mantuvo durante su estancia en Asturias diversos encuentros con representaciones de los alumnos y sus docentes. SCHOOLS PARTICIPATING CENTROS EDUCATIVOS PARTICIPANTES 259 55747 PARTICIPACIONES TOTALES DE ESTUDIANTES EN TODAS LAS EDICIONES TOTAL PARTICIPATIONS OF STUDENTS IN ALL EDITIONS The Foundation convened the ninth edition of the “Taking the Floor” cultural programme for schools in the Principality of Asturias. Aimed at bringing the work and careers of the Laureates into the classroom, this initiative included nine proposals related to the eight different categories of the Awards targeted at primary, secondary, baccalaureate and vocational training pupils. In all, 6269 projects were received, registering 12 766 participations from students from 159 schools. During their stay in Asturias, the majority of the Laureates whose careers the programme focussed on held a number of meetings with delegations of pupils and teachers to bring the respective activities to a close.
