ORGANIZATION AND IMPACT Candidaturas 315 candidaturas, integradas por 334 candidatos de 50 nacionalidades, se presentaron a los jurados para su estudio. 51 de esas candidaturas fueron propuestas por 31 galardonados en ediciones anteriores. Un 58,08% de las candidaturas correspondió a hombres, un 23,66% a mujeres y un 18,26% a instituciones. Contaron con alrededor de 21500 escritos de apoyo entre cartas, correos electrónicos y firmas de personalidades e instituciones de todo el mundo, entre ellas un amplio número de galardonados con nuestros premios y varios premios Nobel, además de embajadores, académicos, rectores, presidentes y decanos de universidades de todo el mundo, colegios oficiales y fundaciones. Candidatures In all, 315 candidatures, comprising 334 nominees of 50 different nationalities, were presented to the Juries for their deliberation. Of these nominations, 51 were submitted by 31 of our previous Laureates. 58.08% of the candidates were men, 23.66% were women and 18.26% were institutions. More than 21500 letters, emails and signatures of support were received from public figures and institutions from around the world, including our own Laureates as well as Nobel Laureates, in addition to those from ambassadors, academics, rectors, presidents and deans of universities worldwide, official associations and foundations, among others.
