ÁREA MUSICAL MUSIC DEPARTMENT Dentro de su empeño por contribuir al fomento de la cultura en sus más altas expresiones, la Fundación Princesa de Asturias creó en 1983 un coro amateur e instauró, posteriormente, el Área Musical para la gestión de todas sus actividades, así como de otros proyectos musicales propios. As part of its endeavours to contribute to fostering culture at its highest levels of expression, the Princess of Asturias Foundation created an amateur choir in 1983 and later founded its Music Department to manage all the ensemble’s activities, as well as those related to other music projects it instigates.
