70 Princess of Asturias Foundation ANNUAL REPORT 2018 FINANCIAL INFORMATION El patrimonio neto de la Fundación alcanzó a fecha 31 de diciembre de 2018 la cantidad de 30,7 millones de euros. Los ingresos de la Fundación proceden de donaciones de diferentes personalidades e instituciones, integrantes de sus Patronatos y de los Miembros Protectores; de los rendimientos de su patrimonio y de subvenciones públicas. El coste total de las actividades de la Fundación Princesa de Asturias ascendió en 2018 a 5,6 millones de euros. Del presupuesto de la Fundación, el 72% estuvo destinado a la convocatoria, concesión y entrega de los Premios Princesa de Asturias. El 28% restante se dedicó a otras acciones, fundamentalmente de carácter musical, al Premio al Pueblo Ejemplar de Asturias y a otro tipo de actividades de carácter no recurrente. As of 31st December 2018, the Foundation’s net assets amounted to the sum of 30.7 million euros. The Foundation’s income comes from donations by the different individuals and institutions that form part of its Boards of Trustees and Patrons, revenue from its assets and public grants. The total cost of the activities carried out by the Princess of Asturias Foundation amounted to 5.6 million euros in 2018. Of the Foundation’s total budget expenditure, 72% went to the call for nominations and the granting and presenting of the Princess of Asturias Awards. The remaining 28% went to other undertakings, primarily musical in nature, to the Exemplary Town of Asturias Award and to other types of non-recurring activities.
