PRINCIPLES OF GOOD PRACTICE ÓRGANO DE GOBIERNO Y ORGANIZACIÓN | GOVERNING BODY AND ORGANIZATION RELEVO EN LA PRESIDENCIA DE LA FUNDACIÓN CHANGE INTHE PRESIDENCY OF THE FOUNDATION Ana Isabel Fernández Álvarez fue nombrada presidenta electa de la Fundación por aclamación del Patronato de la institución en la reunión extraordinaria celebrada el 19 de octubre, en Oviedo. Ana Isabel Fernández sucede en el cargo a Luis Fernández-Vega Sanz que, tras cuatro años al frente de la Fundación, es el quinto presidente de la institución, después de Matías Rodríguez Inciarte (2008-2018), José Ramón Álvarez Rendueles (1996-2008), Plácido Arango Arias (1987-1996) y Pedro Masaveu Peterson (1980-1987). El ejercicio correspondiente al año 2022, del que da cuenta esta memoria, se acometió bajo la presidencia de Luis Fernández-Vega. Ana Isabel Fernández Álvarez was appointed President Elect of the Princess of Asturias Foundation by acclamation of the institution’s Board of Trustees at the extraordinary meeting held in Oviedo on 19th October. Ana Isabel Fernández takes over from Luis Fernández-Vega Sanz, who, after four years at the head of the Foundation, was the institution’s fifth president, following on from Matías Rodríguez Inciarte (2008-2018), José Ramón Álvarez Rendueles (1996-2008), Plácido Arango Arias (1987-1996) and Pedro Masaveu Peterson (1980-1987). The financial year corresponding to 2022, which this report covers, was undertaken under the presidency of Luis Fernández-Vega.
