This volume contains the speeches given byHMKing FelipeVI at the thirty-four Prince of
Asturias Awards Ceremonies held between 1981 and 2014. Following his proclamation
as King of Spain, HRH Leonor de Borbón y Ortiz, Princess of Asturias, assumed the
honorary presidency of the Foundation.
This edition also contains excerpts from speeches given by Laureates at the Campoamor
Theatre over the years, in addition to some words from HMThe King and the President
of the Princess of Asturias Foundation. It further includes an index of names and another
of subject matter.
