  • Philip Felgner visits the Clarín State Primary School, in Gijón

Philip Felgner visits the Clarín State Primary School, in Gijón Philip Felgner, 2021 Princess of Asturias Award Laureate for Technical and Scientific Research, visited the Clarín school in Gijón today. He met with some of the students who made art out of their conceptions of the Covid-19 vaccines and the work of the pioneers behind the life-saving jabs for the 2021 Awards Week "Taking the Floor" educational programme. The biologist was so impressed by what one student drew that not only did he hang her drawing in his office, but wanted to meet her in person. ©FPA | Julián Rus
