Ordinary meeting of the Princess of Asturias Foundation Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees of the Princess of Asturias Foundation held its first meeting of the year today in Oviedo. Both the president, Ana I. Fernández, and the director, Teresa Sanjurjo, reported on the administration of the Foundation’s finances and assets and the carrying out and follow-up of the activities undertaken this past year and, in particular, the list of nominations submitted to date.

During the meeting, the Board of Trustees approved the incorporation of Jeal Intec SL –until now a Patron of the Foundation– to the Princess of Asturias Board of Trustees, where it will be represented by its president, Jesús Alonso Villarón.

The incorporation to this honorary body of the Grupo Trinity (Colombia), chaired by Omar González Pardo, and of Beraunberri SL, which will be represented by its president, José María Galíndez Zubiría, as well as the appointment of Jaime Alfonsín Alfonso, head of the Royal Household of His Majesty The King until February of this year.
