General Regulations regarding Data Protection (GDPR)

In compliance with the provisions of Article 13 of General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April, and of Article 5 of Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you of the following:

1. What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
  1. Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether their data is processed by the Princess of Asturias Foundation.

Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer needed for the purposes for which such data were collected. They likewise have the right to limit the processing and portability of their data.

  4. If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you can contact the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, via, www.aepd.es or at Calle Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 - Madrid, as an Independent Control Authority in matters of personal data protection.
