Meeting with students at the University of Oviedo. Svalbard Global Seed Vault

Location: Place: Faculty of Biology, University of Oviedo. “Aula Magna” main lecture hall.
Admission: Restricted to the related university students and lecturers.
This meeting will allow university students to become better acquainted with the work of the Svalbard Global Seed Vault, 2026 Princess of Asturias Award for International Cooperation, and the importance of preserving agricultural diversity as a guarantee for future generations. Stefan Schmitz (Crop Trust Executive Director), Grethe Helene Evjen (Norwegian Ministry of Agriculture and Food) and Fuad Gaši (Coordinator of the Svalbard Global Seed Vault, NordGen) will participate in the meeting.
