Meryl’s Choices. “Taking the Floor” cultural programme for schools.

Meryl Streep meets with a delegation of the teachers and 3rd and 4th year secondary, baccalaureate and vocational training students who have participated in the “Taking the Floor” cultural programmes for schools activity inspired by her career. In the proposal entitled “Meryl’s Choices”, students were encouraged to awaken their filmmaking spirit by choosing one of the characters that the actress has played to create a scene for the activity. Whether as a reinterpretation of one of the film’s scenes or as a new interpretation, students had to express their idea by developing a script in Spanish or English that includes descriptive details of sets, lighting and characterization of the characters, among others.
