The Sound Cartoons concert, featuring pianists María Cueva and Claudia Pérez, offers a unique fusion of traditional piano performance and works written for piano with electronics. The programme includes contemporary works by Iranian composers, as well as other creations inspired by the country’s musical tradition, in tribute to the renowned cartoonist and filmmaker Marjane Satrapi, 2024 Princess of Asturias Laureate for Communication and Humanities.
