The deadline for submitting nominations is Thursday, 6th March 2025 (up until 11:59pm Spanish time, GMT+1).
Nominations may be submitted in two different ways:
- By filling out this official form, which can be sent to the Foundation via either of the following means:
- email to fpa@fpa.es.
- postal mail to the following address: c/ Plácido Arango Arias, 2, 33004 - Oviedo, Asturias, Spain.
- By filling out the following form online.
The Foundation will send acknowledgement of receipt of the documents in support of the candidature to the email specified on the official form by the party submitting the nomination within 10 working days of receiving said nomination.

- Why do we process your data? For the purpose of organizing the contact database and electronic communications with all those parties with whom the data controller maintains this type of communication in the course of its legitimate activities.
- How long do we keep your data? Due to being a matter of electronic communications management, it is not possible to establish a data retention period in advance.

- What is the legitimation for conserving your data? The Princess of Asturias Foundation’s own interest in compliance with the purposes set out in its Statutes, where the granting and presentation of the Princess of Asturias Awards takes on special, fundamental importance.
- What is the consequence of not providing all the requested data? It will not be possible to respond to any question you raised.
- To which recipients will your data be communicated? No transfer or communication of data is foreseen.

- What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
- Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether their data is processed by the Princess of Asturias Foundation.
- Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its erasure when, among other reasons, the data is no longer needed for the purposes for which such data were collected. They likewise have the right to limit the processing and portability of their data.
- You can exercise your rights by contacting the Princess of Asturias Foundation, either by post, enclosing a photocopy of your ID to the aforementioned address or by email, signed with a digital certificate, to the following address info@fpa.es.
- If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you can contact the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, via www.aepd.es or at Calle Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 – Madrid, as an Independent Control Authority in matters of personal data protection..
