Contrary to the logic of productivity that Byung-Chul Han criticizes in his philosophy, this guided meditation session is presented as an act of resistance to self-demand, a radical pause to return to silence and rest. Participants will be invited to inhabit a time without goals in a gesture of shared stillness. Seated in contact with the ground, a symbol of roots and stability, we recall the teaching of Praise to the Earth that only by being rooted in the here and now can we reconquer life.
