Since the Princess of Asturias Foundation commenced the Choir’s musical activities, the ensemble has garnered renowned prestige over the years thanks to the efforts of its conductors and members.

Since the Princess of Asturias Foundation commenced the Choir’s musical activities, the ensemble has garnered renowned prestige over the years thanks to the efforts of its conductors and members. 

The Youth Choir was subsequently created in 1988, and the Children's Choir in 1990, both of which were active until March 2020.
Between 2005 and 2019, it ran the institution’s International Music School project, responsible for organizing masterclasses and summer courses attended by students and teachers from all over the world.
